Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining educational programs, handling queries, generating leads, and supporting the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain courses, programs, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Understand students' educational and career requirements.
- Generate and maintain prospective student leads.
- Follow up with interested candidates through calls and WhatsApp.
- Counsel students and assist them in selecting suitable programs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.




- Coordinate with the counselling and admission team for further processing.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and lead-generation goals.
- Maintain professional communication with students and parents.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
