Role Overview

We are looking for a highly capable Digital Marketing Lead who will own the end-to-end performance marketing and campaign execution from our Bangalore office. This is not a standard e-commerce role focused on online checkouts. Instead, your primary mandate is Online-to-Offline (O2O) growth: designing sophisticated digital funnels that build premium brand desire and drive affluent clients directly into our physical retail stores for personalized fitting consultations.

Key Responsibilities

- Omnichannel Performance Marketing: Launch, manage, and optimize highly targeted paid media campaigns across the entire platform ecosystem including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook), Snapchat Ads Manager, and TikTok.
- Hyper-Local & Intent Targeting: Use Google Search and Google Maps campaigns to capture active high-intent luxury search queries in KSA,



combined with location-based target mapping on Snapchat and Instagram to drive immediate foot traffic to our 10 store hubs.
- High-Touch Lead Generation: Build seamless lead acquisition pipelines that capture premium customer inquiries online and successfully transition them to our in-store sales consultants.
- Luxury Creative Direction: Guide our internal Bangalore design and video execution teams to ensure all digital assets—ranging from fabric close-ups to premium storytelling videos—reflect international luxury standards.
- Regional Campaign Syncing: Align the digital marketing calendar with Saudi Arabian cultural nuances, seasonal shifts, and peak shopping periods (e.g., Ramadan, Eid, and premium wedding seasons).
- Clienteling & Data Retention: Utilize digital customer profiles and CRM data to execute sophisticated retention campaigns via premium WhatsApp Business API frameworks.

Required Candidate Profile

- Experience: 4 to 6 years of core experience in performance marketing or digital account management. Candidates with solid mid-sized agency experience in Bangalore are highly preferred.
- Platform Mastery: Absolute expert-level, hands-on mastery of Google Ads (Search/Local/Maps), Meta Ads Manager (Instagram), Snapchat Ads Manager, and TikTok. You must be the specialist who builds, tests, and optimizes the dashboards directly.
- Niche Expertise: Proven track record of running successful lead generation or foot-traffic campaigns for high-ticket industries (e.g., Luxury Real Estate, Premium Automotive, High-End Jewelry, or Elite Couture).
- Analytical Mindset: Solid capability to track offline store conversions originating from online ads, optimizing for cost-per-consultation rather than generic mass-market metrics.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
