Industry: Travel & Tourism Key Responsibilities Handle domestic & international tour inquiries and sales. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages. Prepare customized quotations and detailed itineraries. Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets. Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships. Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, DMCs, and other suppliers. Maintain accurate booking and customer records.
Requirements Experience in travel/tour sales preferred. Strong knowledge of domestic & international destinations. Excellent communication, negotiation & sales skills. Ability to handle leads and convert inquiries into bookings. Experience in customized holiday packages is an advantage. Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach. Passion for travel and excellent customer service.
