Mandate Skills :

- Experience: 5+ years in FP&A;, Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, or Finance Transformation.
- Core FP&A;: P&L; Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, Revenue Planning, COGS, Opex, Workforce/Payroll Planning, CapEx & Depreciation, Cash Flow & Balance Sheet Planning.
- Financial Modelling: Strong financial modelling and analytical skills; hands-on experience with complex Excel-based financial models and converting them into structured planning models.
- Planning: Driver-based and rule-based planning; top-down and bottom-up planning.
- SAP Finance: Hands-on experience with SAP Finance / SAP data, particularly GL, Cost Center, Profit Center and Fixed Asset data.
- Functional Consulting: Requirement gathering, functional specifications, business rules, planning workflows and translating Finance requirements into system requirements.




- Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and ability to act as a bridge between Finance/business and technical/data teams.
- Financial Dimensions: Strong understanding of financial hierarchies, dimensions and planning assumptions.

Positive-to-have platforms: SAP Integrated Planning/SAP IP, SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, Anaplan, OneStream, Oracle EPM or IBM Planning Analytics.

Key functional areas: Revenue, COGS, Employment Costs, Property, CapEx & Depreciation, Marketing, IT & Overheads.
