Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic cum Motion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, creativity, and the ability to create engaging static and motion-based content for social media, digital marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging graphics, social media posts, banners, advertisements, and promotional creatives.
- Design motion graphics, animated posts, reels, short videos, and promotional videos.
- Develop visually appealing content while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to understand creative requirements.
- Edit and enhance images, videos, and other visual content as required.
- Create creative concepts and convert ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Ensure all designs are delivered within deadlines and meet quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design, motion design, and social media trends.
- Make revisions based on feedback from the team.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.




- Good knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
- Strong understanding of typography, layouts, colors, and visual composition.
- Ability to create content suitable for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or any field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
- Candidates should have a strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and motion/video work.

Preferred

- Experience in creating social media creatives and reels.
- Knowledge of current social media design trends.
- Experience working with e-commerce, footwear, or consumer brands will be an advantage.
