Job Summary

Distrikt 9 Hotels & Resorts is looking for a friendly, energetic, and guest-focused Food & Beverage Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing professional food and beverage service while ensuring an excellent and memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and beverages.
- Ensure tables, restaurant areas, and service stations are clean and well maintained.
- Respond to guest requests and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with restaurant, banquet, and event operations when required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Handle guest bills and payments accurately when required.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.




- Maintain proper grooming and professional appearance at all times.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or café is an advantage.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Good personal grooming and hygiene standards.
