Senior .NET Developer

Job Summary:
NetSet Software Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer with 6+ years of experience in C#, .NET 8, ASP.NET Core Web API, AWS, and event-driven architecture. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable backend services, API integrations, and cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET 8, and ASP.NET Core Web API.
- Design and integrate REST APIs using clean and scalable architecture.
- Implement Dependency Injection, FluentValidation, and business-rule validation.
- Develop event-driven solutions using AWS EventBridge, SQS, and SNS.
- Develop and maintain AWS Lambda serverless functions.
- Work with event processors, message subscribers/handlers, and background workers.
- Implement HTTP integrations using HttpClient, Refit, and Polly.
- Write unit and integration tests using xUnit, NUnit, or equivalent.
- Work with databases, caching systems, search platforms, and third-party integrations.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, architects, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in .NET/C# development.
- Strong knowledge of C# and .NET 8.




- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core Web API.
- Strong understanding of REST API design and integration.
- Experience with Dependency Injection and validation frameworks.
- Experience with event-driven architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AWS EventBridge, SQS, SNS, and Lambda.
- Experience with background workers and message handling.
- Experience with unit and integration testing.

- MySQL, Amazon Aurora/RDS, Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
- Stored Procedures and DynamoDB.
- Redis / AWS ElastiCache / StackExchange.Redis.

- GUID generation and mapping.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of backend architecture and software development principles.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
