DoBetterHelp is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Executive to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers/candidates, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and converting qualified leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with potential leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and explain DoBetterHelp's services clearly.
- Generate and qualify new sales leads.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing leads.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide professional assistance throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Handle customer questions and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Stay updated on company services, processes, and sales strategies.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or customer service is a plus.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are also welcome.
