Position: Finishing Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Finishing Engineer with 9–12 years of experience in prestigious construction projects, particularly high-rise buildings and large-scale residential/commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating finishing activities while ensuring quality, timelines, specifications, and project standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise internal and external finishing works for high-rise and building construction projects.
- Coordinate finishing activities including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, doors/windows, façade and other architectural works.
- Monitor site execution as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and other project teams for smooth execution.
- Inspect completed works and ensure proper quality control, snag rectification and finishing standards.
- Plan and monitor daily/weekly finishing activities to achieve project milestones.




- Review drawings and coordinate with Civil, MEP, Architecture and QA/QC teams to resolve site issues.
- Maintain proper documentation, progress reports, inspection records and work completion reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety requirements, project specifications and construction schedules.
- Support final inspection, snagging, rectification and project handover activities.

Mandatory Requirements

- 9–12 years of relevant experience in building construction/finishing works.
- Strong experience in High-Rise Building / Tower Construction Projects.
- Experience in prestigious residential/commercial construction projects is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of building finishing activities and construction execution.
- Good coordination, contractor management and site supervision skills.
- BE/B.Tech Civil Engineering qualification preferred/required as per project requirement.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
