We are looking for a Retail Sales & Store Operations Executive / Store Keeper to support our day-to-day retail store operations, customer service, sales, inventory, and online order fulfilment.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage daily retail store operations and customer service.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide product information.
- Handle POS billing, cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions.
- Maintain inventory and monitor stock levels.
- Receive, arrange, and organise products in the store.
- Handle online and e-commerce orders.
- Coordinate product packing and dispatch for online orders.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and orders.
- Support sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Assist with promotions, offers, and in-store activities.




- Support basic social media and digital marketing activities when required.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and customer-friendly store workplace.
- Coordinate with suppliers, delivery partners, and internal team members when required.
- Perform other day-to-day store-related responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic sales skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to use mobile apps for orders and store-related activities.
- Tamil communication is required.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Previous retail, sales, store, inventory, or e-commerce experience is preferred.
- Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work responsibly in a retail store environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
