IDM Smart Tech – Digital Marketing Agency is looking for an experienced and motivated Telecalling Executive to join our growing team in Shamshabad, Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of telecalling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently communicate with potential customers and follow up on leads.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Explain our digital marketing services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Build positive relationships with potential customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of telecalling or telesales experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional approach.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates with digital marketing or sales experience are preferred.
