Job Description:

We are a reputed Builder & Developer specializing in redevelopment projects across Mumbai. We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Site Engineer to supervise day-to-day construction activities, coordinate with contractors, and ensure quality and timely completion of work as per approved drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site activities including civil, finishing, and MEP works.
- Ensure execution as per GFC drawings, architectural plans, and structural designs.
- Monitor work progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and update management.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for smooth site operations.
- Ensure compliance with DCPR norms, RERA requirements, and safety standards.
- Verify quality of materials and workmanship; check measurements for billing.
- Assist in managing labour teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Maintain site documentation,



including DPR (Daily Progress Report), material registers, and QC checklists.
- Support handover of sample flats, common amenities, and project milestones.

Key Skills:

- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, finishing work, and redevelopment execution.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting tools.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural/structural drawings.
- Good coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of RCC detailing, waterproofing, and quality standards preferred.
- Understanding of local site challenges in Mumbai redevelopment projects (tenanted buildings, phased construction, etc.).

Qualification:

- Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering
- 2–6 years of experience in residential/commercial/redevelopment projects
- Experience with Mumbai-based projects (MHADA / SRA / Cess building redevelopment) preferred

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
