CORTEX SPINE AND PAIN CARE – Kottakkal is looking for a responsible and motivated Accountant cum Manager – Marketing to handle accounts, clinic management, administration, and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts

- Maintain daily accounts and financial records
- Handle billing, receipts, payments, and expenses
- Maintain cash and bank records
- Prepare invoices and financial documents
- Maintain purchase and expense records
- Coordinate with the CA/accounting team when required

Management & Administration

- Coordinate daily clinic operations
- Manage staff attendance and schedules
- Coordinate with doctors and staff
- Handle administrative activities
- Maintain office records and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers

Marketing

- Manage clinic marketing activities
- Handle Instagram, Facebook, Google, and other social media platforms




- Plan and coordinate promotional activities
- Create or coordinate social media content
- Support digital and offline marketing activities
- Monitor marketing performance and patient enquiries

Requirements

- Any Degree
- Experience in accounting, administration, management, or marketing preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Basic knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping
- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Solid organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Experience

1–3 years preferred

Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month
