The Fisherman's Wharf, Calangute is looking for a presentable, courteous, and guest-focused Stewardess to join our Food & Beverage Service team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to providing excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
- Assist the service team with table setup, clearing, and resetting.
- Serve food and beverages as instructed by the senior service staff.
- Ensure tables are properly arranged and maintained throughout service.
- Assist with guest requests and provide prompt and courteous service.
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Handle crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other service equipment carefully.
- Support the team during opening, closing, and busy service periods.




- Maintain a professional appearance and follow grooming standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or senior team members.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.
- Good communication skills in English and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Good grooming and skilled appearance.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
