Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software delivery process. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines and integrate various ecosystem components to ensure seamless application lifecycle management. Your role includes executing continuous testing practices focused on security, application programming interfaces, and regression, while also developing and maintaining automation strategies and scripts. You actively participate in reviewing code, tracking issues, and contributing to ongoing improvements that elevate the overall quality and reliability of the software products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing strategies with project goals.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks to improve efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Monitor testing progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Charles River Order & Execution Management OEMS Trading.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and lifecycle processes.
- Experience in developing and executing automated test scripts for continuous integration environments.
- Familiarity with API testing and security testing practices.
- Ability to analyze defects and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues effectively.
- Skilled in configuring test data and environments to support diverse testing scenarios.
Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
