Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Medical Coding Professionals to join our team as Coding Executives / Senior Coding Executives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in medical coding, particularly E/M coding, with a strong understanding of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

· Review and analyse medical records to identify diagnoses and procedures.

· Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on clinical documentation.

· Ensure timely and accurate coding for billing and reimbursement.

· Coordinate with healthcare providers and billing teams to resolve coding and documentation queries.

· Maintain compliance with coding guidelines, payer policies, and regulatory requirements.

· Ensure patient information confidentiality and compliance with applicable HIPAA requirements.

· Stay updated on coding guidelines and industry changes.

· Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills





· Graduation in Life Sciences or a relevant discipline.

· 2–5 years of hands-on experience in medical coding.

· CPC / CCS certification from AAPC or AHIMA preferred.

· Robust knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.

· Experience in E/M coding is preferred.

· Understanding of healthcare billing and reimbursement processes.

· Familiarity with coding software and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

· Good knowledge of MS Office and typing skills.

· Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with strong E/M coding knowledge, accuracy in medical record review, and experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) are encouraged to apply
