About the Role

We are looking for a confident, motivated, and professional Visa Counsellor to join our growing immigration consultancy team. The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with clients, understanding their goals, and guiding them toward suitable visa and immigration options.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding suitable visa and immigration options.
- Understand clients' profiles, requirements, and future goals.
- Explain visa processes, eligibility criteria, documentation, and timelines clearly.
- Handle client consultations professionally and build strong relationships.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into successful cases.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up regularly.
- Coordinate with documentation and processing teams.
- Stay updated with changes in visa policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Achieve individual and team counselling/conversion targets.
- Provide a positive and professional client experience.

What We're Looking For





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident personality with a professional approach.
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
- Good knowledge of English and Punjabi/Hindi.
- Previous experience in immigration, visa consultancy, sales, counselling, or customer service is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a willingness to learn are also welcome.
