Role: Senior Creative Designer

We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer who can take ownership of creative projects from concept to final execution and bring strong visual thinking to our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design, branding, social media, visual communication, and current digital trends, along with the ability to develop original creative concepts rather than simply execute given instructions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for brands,



campaigns and digital platforms.
- Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, advertising and print.
- Work on branding projects including visual identities, campaign identities and brand communication.
- Translate creative briefs and brand strategies into compelling visual concepts.
- Manage design projects from initial brief to final delivery.
- Collaborate with content writers, social media managers, video teams and client servicing teams.
- Present creative concepts and design approaches to internal teams and clients.
- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines and visual language across different platforms.
- Mentor and guide junior designers when required.
- Stay updated with evolving design trends, social media formats, AI tools and creative technologies.
- Handle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

- 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital agency, advertising agency, media company or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of graphic design, composition, typography, colour, layout and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,



InDesign, After Effects, Figma, Canva or equivalent tools.
- Strong experience in social media design and digital campaign creatives.
- Understanding of branding and the ability to develop creative work that is aligned with a brand's personality.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating work across social media, branding, campaigns and digital communication.
- Ability to conceptualize and present ideas, not just execute designs.
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bhubaneswar.
