Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage the complete HR function of the organisation. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end Non-IT recruitment, HR operations, HR policy development and implementation, payroll, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle management, and team handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Non-IT (Fire & MEP) and IT , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, salary negotiation and offer management.

Develop, execute and implement HR policies, procedures and processes.

Ensure effective implementation of HR policies across the organisation.

Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.

Handle statutory compliances, including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and other applicable labour compliances.

Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from joining to exit.

Handle employee onboarding, documentation, induction and joining formalities.

Manage offboarding, resignation, exit interviews and full & final settlement coordination.

Manage leave, attendance and employee records.

Lead, guide and manage the HR team.

Address employee queries, grievances and HR-related concerns.

Maintain and update employee files,



HR records and HR documentation.

Coordinate with management, employees and external consultants for HR and compliance matters.

Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented effectively and consistently.

Prepare HR reports, MIS and dashboards and provide regular updates to management.

Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and employment laws.

Required Skills :

Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end Non-IT (Fire and MEP)and IT recruitment.

Good knowledge of payroll and statutory compliances.

Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures and implementation.

Experience in team handling and people management.

Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax, TDS Calculations, GST and applicable labour compliances.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS/HR software.

Ability to independently manage HR operations and coordinate with management.
