WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Location: Peyad, Trivandrum, Kerala
Department: Supply Chain / Operations
Reports To: Warehouse Manager
Experience: 1+ Years of experiance in warehouse
Industry Preference: Paint / Chemical / Manufacturing Industry

JOB SUMMARY

Experienced and responsible Warehouse Supervisor with strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, stock control, receiving and dispatch activities. Skilled in supervising warehouse staff, coordinating daily operations, maintaining accurate inventory records. Capable of maintaining proper documentation, implementing safety procedures, minimizing stock discrepancies, and ensuring smooth coordination with procurement, logistics, and other departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle inbound & outbound material operations

Maintain stock records and ensure proper inventory control

Supervise warehouse floor activities as per SOP

Maintain registers, GRN, Delivery challans, and related documentation.

Conduct stock verification and reconciliation

Supervise and manage warehouse labour staff.

Ensures the shop floor is clean, hygienic and compliant with safety regulations





REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1 + years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
- Experience in Paint, Chemical, Manufacturing, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Experience in supervising warehouse staff and daily warehouse activities.
- Knowledge of inventory control, stock management, receiving, and dispatch procedures.
- Robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
