About the Role:

FEDSAS Future Education is looking for energetic and confident candidates for the Academic Counselor role. The primary focus of this position is strong verbal communication to guide students, handle inquiries, and manage admissions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Student Counseling & Guidance: Handle incoming student inquiries via phone and walk-ins, explaining courses, universities, and admission procedures clearly.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong command of Malayalam communication to connect effectively with students and parents.
- Admission Support: Guide students through the admission process, document submission, and basic data updates.
- Coordination: Coordinate with branch operations and management to ensure smooth processing of student applications.

Key Requirements:

- Language Skills:



Fluency in Malayalam (Speaking and listening skills are a must). English proficiency is not heavily required.
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales are welcome.
- Skills: Friendly personality, target-oriented approach, and good convincing skills.
