We are looking for an energetic and reliable Bakery Chef to join our kitchen. In this role, you will prepare freshly baked goods, assemble and decorate finished cakes, and help keep daily bakery operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Baking: Daily preparation of fresh cakes/sponges, brownies, cookies, traybakes, and savory bakery snacks.
- Finishing & Assembly: Frosting, piping, and decorating cakes and pastries to standard specifications and customer orders.
- Prep Work: Measuring ingredients, preparing batters, frostings, fillings, and doughs.
- Store & Kitchen Operations: Maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace, washing trays/utensils, and assisting with stock organizing and inventory monitoring.
- Quality & Safety: Following food safety standards and ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation.

Requirements

- Proven experience in baking and cake decoration.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient ratios, and food safety standards.
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask during morning production hours.
- Detail-oriented with robust physical stamina for standing and lifting supplies.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
