Job Description

Shivpurnima Industrial Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to develop new business opportunities in the cement, power, infrastructure, EPC and industrial sectors.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying projects and potential clients, establishing relationships with procurement/project teams, generating enquiries and following opportunities through to commercial closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify current projects, clients, contractors and business opportunities.
- Generate enquiries for equipment rental, civil works, mechanical works, electrical & instrumentation works, material handling and site services.
- Approach procurement, project, contracts and site-management teams of industrial companies.
- Develop relationships with EPC contractors, plant owners, project contractors and vendors.
- Track upcoming projects, expansions, shutdowns and new industrial investments.
- Handle vendor registration and empanelment opportunities.




- Arrange meetings and site visits with prospective clients.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and proposals until commercial closure.
- Coordinate internally for preparation of quotations, BOQs and techno-commercial proposals. Maintain a structured database of leads, contacts, enquiries and follow-ups.
- Prepare weekly business-development reports and opportunity pipelines.
- Use LinkedIn, Google, ChatGPT, Gemini and other digital tools for lead generation and market research.
- Travel to client/project locations when required.

Qualification: Graduate / B.Com / BBA / MBA / B.Tech / Diploma or equivalent. Experience: 1–4 years preferred. Skilled freshers with excellent computer, Excel, English and AI skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
