Job Description: Primary Science Teacher ( Cambridge)

We are looking for a well experienced science teacher with cambridge curriculum for one of our associated schools in Attapur, Hyderabad.

Job Summary

A Cambridge Primary Science Teacher/Facilitator plans and delivers inquiry-based science lessons aligned with the Cambridge Primary Science Curriculum (Stages 1–6) to build foundational scientific thinking and practical skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lesson Delivery: Teach engaging, question-led lessons across Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Earth & Space.
- Practical Inquiry: Lead hands-on experiments, model-building, and data collection to foster observation and measurement skills.
- Skill Building: Emphasize Thinking and Working Scientifically (models, inquiry, and practical work) which forms a core part of Cambridge assessments.
- Assessment & Tracking: Monitor student progress using formative checks, journals, and optional Cambridge Progression Tests or Checkpoint exams.
- Differentiation: Support diverse learners, address common scientific misconceptions, and connect science to real-world contexts.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) with a recognized teaching certification.
- Experience: Prior experience teaching primary students,



ideally within the Cambridge International Curriculum or an inquiry-based framework.
- Skills: Solid communication, patience, classroom management, and ability to conduct safe hands-on laboratory or classroom experiments.
