Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review BOQ, quantity take-off and detailed estimates from drawings and specifications.
- Prepare client running bills (RA Bills) based on actual site measurements and completed work.
- Prepare subcontractor/vendor bills and verify quantities against approved BOQ and work orders.
- Take site measurements and maintain measurement sheets / Joint Measurement Sheets (JMS).
- Compare executed quantities with BOQ and approved drawings.
- Prepare variation statements for additional, reduced and substituted works.
- Identify extra items and deviation quantities and obtain necessary approvals.
- Prepare material reconciliation statements for major materials.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Purchase and Accounts teams for billing and commercial requirements.
- Check work orders, purchase orders, BOQs, specifications and contract terms.
- Prepare monthly billing forecasts and project-wise billing targets.
- Track certified bills, submitted bills, outstanding payments and retentions.
- Verify client deductions, recoveries, advances, retention and applicable taxes.
- Prepare cost-to-complete and project cost reports.
- Maintain proper documentation for POs, WO, invoices, measurements, approvals and billing records.
- Support project teams in resolving quantity and commercial discrepancies.




- Assist in final billing, final quantity reconciliation and project closure.
- Coordinate with clients/consultants for measurement certification and bill approvals.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of QS, estimation and billing procedures.
- Knowledge of MEP / Fire Fighting / Fire Alarm / ELV / BMS / Electrical works is preferred.
- Ability to read MEP drawings and layouts.
- Good knowledge of BOQ and quantity calculations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD for quantity verification is preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP/Tally is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Robust attention to detail and commercial understanding.

Educational Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering discipline.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in MEP contracting, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, ELV, BMS, Electrical or Building Services projects will be preferred.
