Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales of our cybersecurity training programs, awareness sessions, and corporate solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their MBA in Cyber Security knowledge to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve revenue targets in the education and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in cybersecurity training and consulting
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and industry events
- Pitch cybersecurity programs to universities, colleges, and corporate clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions and businesses
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals




- Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions for client needs
- Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Conduct market research on cybersecurity trends and competitor activities
- Handle client negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures
- Track sales performance and report to management regularly

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- MBA in Cyber Security or related field
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, and solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals (internships count for freshers)
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Self-motivated with a hunter sales mentality
- Familiarity with education sector sales is a plus

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
