- Monitor CCTV cameras across the clinic premises to ensure the safety and security of patients, doctors, and staff.
- Monitor all key areas including reception, waiting area, treatment rooms, pharmacy, corridors, entry/exit points, and other common areas.
- Maintain continuous observation of clinic activities and immediately report any suspicious, unusual, or inappropriate activity to the management.
- Monitor staff attendance, movement, discipline, and adherence to clinic protocols through CCTV.
- Review CCTV footage whenever required for incidents, patient concerns, staff-related issues, or management investigations.
- Maintain confidentiality of all CCTV footage and clinic-related information.
- Ensure CCTV cameras are functioning properly and immediately report technical issues to the concerned team.
- Maintain a daily CCTV monitoring report and record any incidents or observations.




- Coordinate with the HR and Operations team regarding staff discipline, security concerns, and operational issues.
- Ensure that CCTV footage is not shared, copied, or disclosed to any unauthorized person.
- Follow all clinic policies and maintain professional conduct at all times.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar security/monitoring role is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to operate CCTV monitoring systems.
- Positive observation and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to identify and report irregularities promptly.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Responsible, alert, and disciplined approach to work.

Pay: ₹9,900.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
