Job Overview:
YLO is looking for a responsible, smart, and detail-oriented Purchase Executive who can independently manage day-to-day personal shopping requirements. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of local markets, stores, brands, and online shopping platforms and should be comfortable handling multiple shopping requirements while maintaining quality, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle personal shopping requirements, including clothing, accessories, household items, gifts, groceries, and other day-to-day purchases.
- Visit local markets, malls, stores, and other shopping locations as required.
- Research products and compare prices, quality, and available options before purchasing.
- Manage online shopping through platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
- Maintain proper records of purchases, bills, expenses, and returns/exchanges.
- Coordinate with vendors, stores, delivery partners, and service providers when required.
- Handle product returns, exchanges, alterations, repairs, and follow-ups.
- Understand preferences, requirements,



and budgets and suggest suitable products accordingly.
- Ensure all purchases are completed on time and according to the given requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding personal information and shopping requirements.
- Assist with gifting and special occasion shopping whenever required.

Requirements:

- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in personal shopping, retail, hospitality, concierge services, personal assistance, or a similar role will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of Pune's shopping areas, markets, malls, and local stores.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Should be well-organized, trustworthy, responsible, and presentable.
- Must have good negotiation and vendor-handling skills.
- Comfortable travelling within Pune for shopping and related work.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, online shopping apps, and Excel/Google Sheets.

Ideal Candidate:
Someone who is highly organized, has a good eye for quality and value, enjoys shopping, can work independently, and is capable of managing multiple requirements efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
