About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The role involves a combination of marketing, customer engagement, brand promotion, lead management, and business development. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, creative in their approach, and interested in understanding customer needs while contributing to the growth of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing activities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Connect with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant programs or offerings.
- Generate and nurture leads through marketing campaigns, outreach, referrals, and digital channels.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and build solid customer relationships.
- Support promotional campaigns, events, social media activities, and other brand-building initiatives.
- Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry to enrollment.




- Identify new marketing opportunities and suggest creative ideas to improve outreach.
- Work towards achieving individual and team business growth targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Creative mindset with an interest in marketing and brand promotion.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, social media, and basic digital tools.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience are welcome.
