Position: Executive - Finance

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Mohali

Prefrence : Hospitality Industry

*Key Responsibilities*

- Handle petty cash and day to day operational expenses.

- Verify invoices, bills, vouchers and supporting documents before processing.

- Maintain proper records of expenses, payments and petty cash transactions.

- Assist with cash and bank reconciliations.

- Handle vendor ledger reconciliation and follow up on discrepancies.

- Maintain accounts payable and track pending vendor payments.

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly expense/MIS reports.

- Monitor expenses and highlight unusual, excess or unapproved spending.

- Ensure expenses are supported by proper approvals and documentation.

- Coordinate with vendors for invoices, statements, credit notes and payment-related queries.

- Assist in GST/TDS-related documentation and basic compliance work.

- Support month-end reconciliation and accounting activities.

- Maintain proper filing of invoices,



vouchers and financial records for audit purposes.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Operations, Administration and Finance teams for documentation and payment processing.

- Assist in checking purchase rates and identifying price/expense variations for cost-control purposes.

- Report any cash, invoice, ledger or documentation discrepancies to the reporting manager.

- Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and records.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
