Job Summary
C-Kare Health Group is seeking a Clinical Manager to support clinical documentation, record review, audit coordination, treatment follow-up, and performance reporting across C-Kare managed healthcare units.
The role involves coordinating with doctors, branch coordinators, quality and operations teams to support appropriate documentation, follow-up processes, and reporting.
This is a non-clinical management role. Clinical decisions relating to diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, and clinical protocols remain with the designated clinical authority.
Key ResponsibilitiesDocumentation & Record Review
- Review selected patient records and case sheets as part of the organisation's documentation review process.
- Compare relevant case sheet information with entries in the hospital management system.
- Review documentation relating to patient history, diagnosis, treatment plans, treatment provided, pending treatment, medication, and consent.
- Identify documentation gaps and coordinate with the concerned team for necessary clarification or correction.
- Support appropriate documentation of investigations, radiographs, medical alerts, and applicable consent requirements.
Treatment Follow-up
- Maintain and update records relating to pending treatments.
- Monitor planned treatments and follow-up requirements.
- Coordinate with branch teams regarding patient follow-up activities.
- Maintain relevant recall and review information, including post-operative, orthodontic, implant, and other follow-up requirements.
- Track treatment plans and treatment commencement to support management reporting.
Doctor & Unit Performance Monitoring
- Compile doctor-wise documentation and performance information.
- Monitor recurring documentation issues and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
- Assist in compiling information relating to treatment outcomes, remakes, complications, and post-operative concerns for management review.
- Support the coordination and documentation of training sessions conducted by the Clinical Director.
- Follow up on action points arising from documentation reviews.
Unit Visits
- Visit C-Kare managed units according to the operational visit plan.
- Review relevant records and documentation during unit visits.
- Coordinate with doctors and branch teams regarding identified documentation or process-related matters.
- Prepare visit reports and communicate relevant observations to management.
Reporting
- Prepare routine documentation and audit-related reports.
- Assist with weekly and monthly reports covering documentation, treatment follow-up, performance indicators, and corrective actions.
- Compile relevant information for review by senior management and the Clinical Director.
- Maintain appropriate confidentiality while handling patient and organisational information.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree,or relevant qualification in healthcare, dental, allied health, medical records, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a dental clinic, hospital, medical records, quality, clinical audit, or healthcare administration environment.
- Familiarity with dental/healthcare terminology and clinical documentation.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with hospital management systems is preferred.
- Positive communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Willingness to travel to C-Kare managed units as required.

Role Boundaries
The position is primarily responsible for documentation review, audit coordination, follow-up, monitoring, coordination, and reporting.
The role does not independently determine or approve clinical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or clinical protocols. Clinical matters requiring professional clinical judgement are referred to the appropriate clinical authority.
Working Arrangement
Working Days: As per C-Kare Health Group policy
Working Hours: As per company policy
Travel: Travel to C-Kare managed units may be required based on operational requirements
Compensation: As per company policy and candidate experience
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per year
