Chartered Accountant – International Sea Freight Forwarding

Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Finance professional with solid knowledge of international accounting, taxation, GST, and sea freight forwarding operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling international transactions, export-related compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage international accounting and foreign currency transactions, including USD payments.
- Handle shipping line payments, export GST, and EXIM-related activities.
- Prepare and file GST returns for domestic and international transactions.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, DTAA, and payments to non-residents.
- Handle invoicing, payments, cost reconciliation, and financial reporting.




- Work with Incoterms and international trade/EXIM documentation.
- Support audits, financial planning, modelling, and scenario analysis.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial records and statutory compliance.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of International Accounting, GST, EXIM, and International Taxation.
- Understanding of IFRS, GAAP, DTAA, and Incoterms.
- Experience with financial management, audit, and financial modelling.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
- Experience in sea freight forwarding/international logistics will be preferred.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
