Private Chef – Gurgaon

Position: Private Chef / Live-out
Location: DLF The Camellias, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon
Salary: 70,000 – 75,000 per month, depending on experience
Working Hours: 12 hours, inclusive of breaks
Weekly Off: 1 day

About the Role

The chef will be responsible for managing all meal preparation for the family, with a strong focus on vegetarian Punjabi / North Indian home-style cuisine, along with the ability to prepare multi-cuisine dishes for guests and special occasions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily vegetarian Punjabi meals with a focus on fresh, home-style cooking.
- Prepare Continental, Chinese, Italian, and other multi-cuisine dishes for guests and special occasions.
- Plan weekly menus according to family preferences, dietary requirements, and seasonal produce.
- Manage kitchen inventory, procurement, and stock requirements.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety,



and kitchen cleanliness.
- Coordinate with household staff regarding meal timings and service.
- Support guest entertaining and occasional event-related cooking at the residence.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of culinary experience, preferably in luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, or private residences.
- Strong expertise in vegetarian Punjabi / North Indian cuisine.
- Working knowledge of Continental and Chinese cuisine.
- Excellent culinary and menu-planning skills.
- Valuable understanding of kitchen inventory and procurement.
- Courteous, adaptable, and able to accommodate family and guest preferences.
- Must be based in or willing to commute daily to DLF The Camellias, Gurgaon
