Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the passenger vehicle sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Ensure effective follow-up and conversion of leads into vehicle bookings and deliveries.
- Monitor the complete sales process from enquiry and test drive to booking, finance, insurance, and vehicle delivery.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers to improve customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, pricing, offers, and customer preferences.
