Management Consultant – Work From Home

We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and business-focused Management Consultant to work remotely and support our business operations, management meetings, campaigns, and growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be organized, confident in communication, and capable of analyzing business requirements and helping implement practical solutions.

Freshers with an MBA or relevant educational background are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned clients, handling their queries, clarifications, and day-to-day communication.

Understand client requirements, business challenges, and management priorities.

Participate in and coordinate business meetings remotely.

Assist in developing and implementing business strategies and solutions.

Plan, monitor, and follow up on business campaigns and initiatives.

Conduct basic market, competitor, and business research.

Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, meeting notes, and follow-up documents.

Coordinate with management, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Track campaign progress, deadlines, action items, and business targets.





Ensure timely follow-up on client requests and coordinate internally to resolve issues.

Support management in decision-making through research and analysis.

Maintain professional communication and strong relationships with allocated clients.

Work independently from home and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:

MBA, postgraduate qualification, or relevant business/management background preferred.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Good client-handling and relationship-management skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and online meeting tools.

Ability to prepare professional reports and presentations.

Ability to manage multiple clients, tasks, and deadlines.

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Previous experience in consulting, client management, business development, operations, project management, or campaign management is an advantage.

Work Arrangement:

Work Mode: Fully Remote / Work From Home

Employment: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
