Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, retail, hospitality, premium/luxury retail, banking, insurance, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience in optical/eyewear retail will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Candidates with strong communication, confidence and customer-handling skills will be preferred.
- Should be well-groomed, presentable and skilled.
