Hiring: Showroom Sales Executive – Hisense Brand Store | SCEAIMS

We are looking for an energetic sales person for our Hisense store to sell TVs, ACs and home appliances to walk-in customers.

What you'll do

- Showroom sales: Greet walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right TV, AC or appliance with confident product demos.
- Product knowledge: Explain features like 4K/QLED/Mini-LED and Smart TV for TVs, and inverter technology, star rating and tonnage for ACs. Compare models and suggest suitable upgrades.
- Closing & billing: Close sales, explain offers, EMI/finance options and extended warranty, and coordinate billing.
- Delivery & installation: Schedule delivery, AC installation and TV wall mounting with the service team, and follow up until the customer is satisfied.
- Customer follow-up: Keep a record of enquiries and call back customers who didn't buy on the first visit. Contact past buyers for festival offers,



AMC and referrals.
- Store upkeep: Keep display units clean, working, and correctly price-tagged.
- Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily footfall, enquiries and sales.

Requirements

- 1–3 years in consumer electronics or appliance retail sales (Croma, Reliance Digital, Poorvika, Vasanth & Co, or brand stores preferred). Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
- Positive communication in Tamil; basic English
- Friendly, presentable, and target-driven
- Basic knowledge of EMI/finance schemes (Bajaj Finserv, etc.) is a plus
- Willing to work weekends and festival seasons

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
