Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and monitor Master Production Schedules (MPS) in alignment with customer requirements, project timelines, and capacity planning.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, quality, and production teams to translate sales/contract demand into executable production plans.
- Prepare and update Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to ensure timely availability of raw materials, consumables, and bought-out items.
- Track Work Orders, Job Cards, and Production Status Reports to ensure plan adherence.
- Monitor WIP (Work-in-Progress) and resolve bottlenecks in collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
- Analyze production variances and initiate corrective actions to meet on-time delivery (OTD) targets.
- Maintain dashboards and MIS reports for management review on capacity utilization, inventory levels, and delivery performance.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100, defence standards, and customer audit requirements for aerospace & defence programs.




- Support supply chain cost optimization through inventory control, waste reduction, and resource planning.
- Act as an interface between customer demand, procurement, and shop floor execution.

Qualification & Experience:

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- MBA / PG Diploma in Operations / Supply Chain (preferred).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC) / SCM, preferably in aerospace, defence, or composites industry.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per year
