Globify Software Solutions is looking for a motivated and result-oriented IT Sales Executive to join our remote sales team.

We are looking for candidates with 1+ year of experience in IT sales, software sales, web development sales, digital services, or B2B sales, with strong communication, follow-up, negotiation, and sales-closing skills.

Job Details

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
- Incentives: Additional incentives on successful sales closures
- Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home
- Experience: 1+ year in relevant sales
- Location: Remote – Candidates from India can apply
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software, website, and digital solutions.
- Handle client communication, quotations, negotiations, follow-ups, and sales closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and take ownership of the complete sales process.




- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client handover after successful sales.

Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in IT / Software / Digital / B2B Sales
- Strong English communication is mandatory; Malayalam communication is preferred but not mandatory
- Good client-handling, negotiation, follow-up, and sales-closing skills
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach
- Professional, respectful, flexible, and willing to learn
- Personal laptop and reliable internet connection required
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
