Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Business Development, and related positions.
- Handle bulk hiring requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen applications and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Meet monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
- Stay updated on market trends and effective sourcing strategies.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Experience in bulk hiring for Sales, Business Development,



Telecalling, or Field Sales profiles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong candidate engagement and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Apna, and other sourcing platforms. Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to assess candidate suitability and make informed hiring decisions.

Eligibility Criteria

- BBA, MBA, or any relevant graduation degree.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Prior experience in bulk hiring for Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, or similar roles is preferred.
- Candidates with dedicated recruitment experience will be given preference.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
