we are looking for freshers to work in telecom Domain.

Qualifications:

- 2026 passed out Engineering Graduates with ECE / CSE background with 70 % without HISTORY OF ARREARS.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Monitor day to day alarm tickets, Internal and External client ticket assigned to NSS function.
- Need to pick up the tickets on time and ensure service continuity.
- Monitoring day to day tickets and take it forward to next level until closer.
- Prepare Service request and assigning to respective function basis the analysis done on incident request.
- Client, Third party, Vendor & Internal Sub-Functions coordination on issue analysis and closure.
- Closure of Tickets within the SLA.
- Monitoring of SNMP Alarms and NMS traps generated in GTAC.
- Providing appropriate response to requestor/client via ticket on the analysis performed.
- Analyzing the issue reported and raising a bug to PDU wherever required.
- Ensuring the shift handover is done properly to avoid miss out of any follow up task.
- Ensuring that all incidents/ issues are reported on a timely manner to the relevant stakeholders and resolved.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹296,000.00 - ₹325,000.00 per year
