Key Responsibilities

- Dispense medicines accurately as per valid prescriptions and company guidelines.
- Verify prescriptions, dosage, medicine name, strength, and quantity before dispensing.
- Counsel customers on the proper usage, dosage, storage, and precautions related to medicines.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Drugs & Cosmetics Act, Pharmacy Act, and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proper records for prescription, Schedule H/H1/X medicines and other controlled medicines, wherever applicable.
- Monitor stock availability, expiry dates, batch numbers, and near-expiry products.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines, including temperature-sensitive products.
- Minimize medicine expiry, damage, and stock-related losses.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and Operations team for stock replenishment and inventory requirements.
- Support inventory audits, stock verification,



and cycle counts.
- Ensure the pharmacy counter and medicine storage area are clean, organized, and maintained as per company standards.
- Handle customer queries and provide skilled guidance within the scope of the pharmacist's role.
- Follow company SOPs related to billing, dispensing, customer service, inventory, and store operations.
- Maintain required licenses, registers, and statutory documents at the store.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving store sales, customer service, and operational targets.
- Report any compliance, prescription, inventory, or customer-related concerns to the Store Manager/HR/Operations team.

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
