Dhyan Chess Academy is a leading global online chess academy founded and led by a Woman International Master (WIM) and FIDE Instructor. We provide structured, curriculum-based chess education to children across multiple countries.

Our focus goes beyond teaching chess—we aim to develop strong chess skills, confidence, discipline, critical thinking, and a genuine love for the game.

As we continue expanding our academic team, we are looking for passionate, responsible, and committed Chess Trainers to join us remotely.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and structured online chess classes for children and young learners.
- Follow Dhyan Chess Academy’s curriculum, teaching methodology, and academic standards.
- Create a positive, disciplined, interactive, and enjoyable learning environment.
- Adapt your teaching approach according to the student’s age and skill level.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback when required.
- Maintain professional communication with parents, students, and the academic team.
- Attend internal training sessions, meetings, and academic development programs as required.
- Maintain consistent punctuality and professionalism in all classes.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Strong understanding of chess fundamentals.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Passion for teaching children and the ability to keep young learners engaged.
- Excellent communication and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to teach with patience, clarity, confidence, and authority.
- Laptop/desktop with a stable, high-speed internet connection.
- A quiet,



professional, and suitable environment for conducting online classes.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, discipline, and commitment.
- Willingness to build a long-term association with the academy.

Working Schedule

- Work-from-home / Remote position.
- Classes may be scheduled on Sundays, and trainers must be comfortable conducting Sunday classes whenever assigned.
- Trainers are expected to strictly follow their assigned schedules and maintain punctuality.
- Working hours may vary depending on batch allocation and student requirements.
