About the Role

Mikan Engineering & Construction Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Structural Steel Detailers to join our structural engineering team. Freshers with a Civil Engineering background and candidates with relevant structural steel detailing experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare structural steel detailing drawings for industrial and commercial projects
- Create and modify 3D structural steel models.
- Prepare shop drawings, part drawings, and material take-offs (MTO).
- Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, connections, and constructability.
- Coordinate with Structural Engineers, Project Engineers, and other disciplines.
- Incorporate design changes and respond to technical comments/RFIs.
- Follow applicable IS, AISC, Eurocode, and BS standards as required by the project.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Structural Steel Detailing.
- Understanding of structural drawings and steel connections.
- Good knowledge of engineering drawings, dimensions,



and detailing concepts.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.

Software Skills

- Tekla Structures – preferred
- AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Advance Steel will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Freshers with good knowledge of structural steel detailing are encouraged to apply.

Experience

- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in structural steel detailing will also be considered.
