Job Description:
The Senior Consultant for SAP PP is responsible for delivering production planning and manufacturing process solutions covering demand management, MRP, BOM, routing, work centers, production orders, capacity planning, and shop floor execution. The role involves analyzing client requirements, configuring SAP PP processes, and supporting integration with MM, SD, QM, PM, and FI/CO.

Key Responsibilities
1. Implement and support SAP PP processes including demand management, MRP, production orders, planned orders, BOMs, routings, and work centers.
2. Configure production planning, capacity planning, discrete/repetitive manufacturing, and shop floor execution scenarios.
3. Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and SAP configuration solutions.
4. Support integrations with SAP MM, SD, QM, PM, WM/EWM, and FI/CO for end-to-end manufacturing processes.
5. Perform testing, defect resolution, data validation, cutover support, and production issue management.
6. Drive process improvements, automation, documentation, and best practices across manufacturing operations.

Skill Requirements
1. Strong hands-on expertise in SAP PP configuration, MRP, BOM, routing, work centers, production orders, and capacity planning.
2. Experience in manufacturing processes such as discrete, repetitive, process manufacturing, and shop floor execution.
3. Knowledge of integrations with MM, SD, QM, PM, WM/EWM, and FI/CO modules.
4. Experience in master data, testing, cutover, issue resolution, reporting, and production support.
5. Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
