Position: Sales Manager – Oil & Lubricants
Location: North 24 Parganas (Handling Entire North 24 Parganas Region)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Oil & Lubricant Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage dealer/distributor networks, and develop business opportunities across North 24 Parganas.

The ideal candidate should have robust market knowledge, experience in lubricant/oil sales, and proven ability to build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies for Oil & Lubricant products across the assigned territory.
- Manage and expand dealer, distributor, retailer, and customer networks.
- Generate current business opportunities and increase market penetration.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
- Identify new market opportunities and competitor activities.
- Conduct regular market visits and ensure proper product visibility.
- Coordinate with distributors and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and customer requirements.




- Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and business forecasts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Candidate Profile

- Age: Within 45 Years
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oil / Lubricant / Automotive Lubricant Sales preferred.
- Strong understanding of lubricant markets, dealers, mechanics, and industrial customers.
- Experience in territory sales and channel management.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently manage assigned territory.
- Must have strong local market knowledge of North 24 Parganas.

Salary will be discussed based on candidate experience, market knowledge, and current compensation.
