Cash & Bank Operations - Ensure cash and bank processes are in place and working. - Budget compliance for expenses. - Manage bank deposits, transfers, withdrawals, and maintain cordial relationships with the bank. - Smooth banking operations, no missed reconciliations. Database Maintenance - Maintain master database files (Item Master, Price Master, Customer Master, etc.). - 100% accuracy and updated entries in Master files. - Ensure transaction database file maintenance compliance. - 100% compliance with transaction file maintenance. - 100% accurate and complete IDS reports.
Housekeeping - Follow proper posting and backup procedures.
