About the Role

We are looking for an experienced GenAI / Cloud / Terraform Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, MCP, Cloud Architecture, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

The ideal candidate will design, develop, deploy, and operationalize enterprise-grade AI solutions in cloud-native environments, with Azure preferred and AWS/GCP also considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Build AI-powered copilots, agents, APIs, search assistants, recommendation engines, and workflow automation solutions.
- Develop RAG-based applications using LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, and indexing techniques.
- Design and implement AI agents, multi-agent systems, tool invocation, function calling, and autonomous task execution.
- Develop and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers for AI-agent integrations.
- Work with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
- Build reusable AI capabilities, skills, plugins, APIs, and enterprise AI components.
- Deploy and manage AI workloads on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Develop and maintain Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
- Create reusable Terraform frameworks and standardized IaC templates for AI/cloud workloads.
- Implement AI evaluation and testing using tools such as RAGAS and DeepEval.
- Apply model fine-tuning techniques such as LoRA/QLoRA where required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across AI, cloud, infrastructure, and application layers.
- Follow secure coding, monitoring, logging, and enterprise engineering practices.
- Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of total IT/engineering experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Generative AI experience.




- 5+ years of cloud experience with Azure/AWS/GCP.
- 2+ years of hands-on Terraform experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with MCP, RAG, Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and OpenAI.
- Strong experience with Cloud Architecture, preferably Azure.
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and indexing.
- Strong programming skills in Python, .NET, or Node.js.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building enterprise-grade AI platforms, AI skill catalogs, or reusable AI frameworks.
- Experience standardizing Terraform/IaC templates across teams.
- Experience building internal developer platforms for AI workloads.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and deployment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- We are specifically looking for candidates with robust hands-on implementation experience in GenAI, MCP, RAG, Agentic AI, Cloud, and Terraform.
