Job Summary

We are looking for a highly responsible and result-oriented Sales Assistant (Sales Team Coordinator) who will play a critical role in managing daily sales operations, allocating work, tracking performance, and ensuring robust follow-up with leads.

This position is the backbone of the sales team, responsible for coordination, reporting, and maintaining sales discipline to achieve company targets.

Team Coordination & Leadership

- Allocate daily leads, tasks, and targets to the sales team
- Ensure proper follow-up and timely closure of leads
- Take daily work updates from team members
- Monitor team productivity and performance
- Maintain discipline and accountability within the sales team

Reporting & Performance Tracking

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Track lead status, conversions, and pending follow-ups
- Maintain accurate sales and customer database
- Share regular performance updates with management

Sales Support & Customer Handling

- Handle incoming inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email




- Assist in preparing quotations and proposals
- Coordinate client meetings and site visits
- Ensure smooth communication between sales, marketing, and operations

Process Management

- Improve follow-up systems and sales workflow
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping
- Support management in achieving sales targets

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and team coordination ability
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Also able to work in field for site visits and clients meeting.

Qualification & Experience

- Any Graduate (Preferred: BBA / B.Com / MBA / Marketing)
- 1–3 years’ experience in Sales / Coordination / Customer Support
- Experience in team handling or reporting will be a strong advantage

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
