We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident BPO Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, generating leads, handling queries, and supporting the sales process through calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calling.
- Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and performance targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Freshers can apply; candidates with up to 1 year of experience are also welcome.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge.
